1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Pride Rock Adventures, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

Deposit: A minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm your reservation.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour departure date.

Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed itinerary via email.

3. Cancellation Policy

30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund

Note: Special promotions and peak season bookings may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Tour Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they:

Have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity
Obtain necessary visas for the destinations visited
Have appropriate travel insurance
Are physically fit for the planned activities
Follow safety guidelines provided by guides

5. Liability

Pride Rock Adventures acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (accommodations, transport operators, etc.). We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by these providers. However, we will assist in resolving any issues that may arise.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will always provide suitable alternatives of equal or greater value.

7. Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD and include the services specified in the itinerary. Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel price increases, or government tax changes. Any price changes after booking will be communicated immediately.
